All projects start with the crucial planning phase. Once we have bounced around ideas for your space, our in-house designer will draw up one or more concepts that will be submitted to you. Your feedback at this stage is essential, we want to ensure that everything is functional and flows with your lifestyle and desired aesthetic.
Once the concept is set, we then draw up the plans! This way we can offer you a clear picture of the final design and projected cost of the project, ensuring you know exactly what you’re getting yourself into.
Rendering is an optional step in the process. It allows you to clearly visualize in 3D every detail of your future outdoor space, from the layout, materials and textures, down to the type and colour of flowers you would like to be planted.
We are able to provide you with snapshots of the designed area from different angles as well as videos from close-up all the way to bird’s-eye view.
Want to know what it will look like at night? No problem, the 3D design software we use can take the visual mock-up we did and turn it into night-mode. Allowing you to see the flow of the design from day to night, ensuring small details were accounted for, such as recessed lighting in the hardscaping or lighting along the pathway.
